Though the definition of leadership may vary from one individual to another individual leadership to me is about convincing a bunch of individuals to come together to work towards a specific goal. Leaders help to lead and inspire others to take up risks to be closer to achieving their success. I also believe that a good leader is one that remains unfazed by changed and is constantly trying to improve and adapt themselves constantly. A good leader is also one that knows when and how to delegate their power to their followers to help build a sense of belief in their followers that their opinions do matter rather than holding onto all the power to themselves. A good leader is also one that does not abuse their power as when you start to abuse your own powers for your own sake you will start to become less and less convincing towards your team and it effectively ruins your reputation of being a good leader.
