Making desserts has to be one of my favorite things to do. I have been cooking since I was a freshman in high school but I rarely made pastries. When I was younger I always changed what I wanted to be when I grew up but no matter what I chose I would always come back to becoming a baker. I struggle with a lot of things some that even include the process of creating a dessert. I'm not the very best at decorating but I'm hoping I learn how to increase my skills from this school. Even if I make a mistake or mess up a couple of times I'm not going to change my dream about becoming a baker.
