1-First you should clean the surface from dirt/grease then dry it. 2-Remove rusty by rough tip of touchup paint.(or sanding) 3-Apply touch up paint on multiple layers as needed (make it even with rest body paint) and wait until dries. 4-Smooth sanding (200030005000) 5-Apply clear coat if it's humpy/bumpy repeat step 4 6-Polish spot
